How Long Does It Take For You To Find My Ideal Property?

It depends on how specific your criteria is as well as stock levels for that particular time of year. How Much Cash/Equity Do I Need To Get Started?

If you are a First Home Buyer, you will need as little as $40,000 or can speak with a lender about using equity from your parent’s home! What Are Your Fees?

We dedicate most of the call to understanding YOU. We will formulate a GAME-PLAN, but at the end of the call we will discuss our fees. Fees will vary depending on the type of investment you want, as well as the type of product or service which is RIGHT for your needs. We value offering a product or service that we see is the right fit for the client. We don't focus on just “getting the sale.”
